Waste of Money Only worked once

Paid $2.99 for this app so I could put my credit card info all in one place. I was only able to "scan" one card and the photo quality is not good. The info I entered with it is very light gray and I can barely read it.
I have tried to add 2 other cards and the "scanner" will not work again. I hope it is not a scam to get my credit card info.
